3. (Scope of these Terms)
Any other terms of use, guidelines, policies, or similar agreements (regardless of their name) that the Company posts on this website, the Services, related websites, and related services are considered part of these Terms. In cases where the content of these Terms and other terms of use differs, the other terms of use shall take precedence.
4. (Changes to these Terms, etc.)
The Company may change these Terms at any time without prior notice. 14. (Governing Law and Court of Jurisdiction)
The governing law of these Terms shall be Japanese law, and in the event of a legal dispute, the Tokyo Summary Court or Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive jurisdictional court of first instance.
If there is a Japanese version and a translated version in a language other than Japanese in this Agreement, and if there is a contradiction or difference between the Japanese version and the translated version in a language other than Japanese, the contents of the Japanese version shall take precedence.
