If you purchased an item using the old billing system and have not uninstalled the app but can no longer access the exclusive features, please submit your transaction ID starting with "GPA" using this form.

If more than three years have passed since your purchase, refunds cannot be processed through the store. In this case, please also provide your email address so we can confirm the refund method.

There have been cases where no address was provided in the inquiry, or where the reply was sent to the provided address but the email did not arrive.
